Management Fees

• Our monthly property management fees are 8% of rent, with a minimum of $100.00.
• All payments due for periods of less than one month will be prorated based on the number of days in such period
• The management fee is per unit per month, regardless of whether the unit is occupied

Leasing Fees

• When a new tenant who executes a lease agreement, $600.00 or One (1) month’s rent, whichever greater
• When a existing tenant renews their lease agreement, $375.00 or One-Half (1/2) of a month’s rent, whichever is greater
